“Great one bedroom penthouse apartment in downtown Salt Lake City. Well stocked kitchen was able to make breakfast and dinners in the unit. Perfect for walking around downtown and capital area. Communication with host through Vrbo app very easy. Highly recommend.”

“Bryce, the owner, communicated well and promptly. He was willing to do anything to make us comfortable. However the apartment he had for us had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Salt Lake City . We were just a few minutes away from parking at the Salt Palace and had easy and close access to shopping and enjoying the Salt Lake Valley. I highly recommend Bryce as a host and the apartments that he uses for his BnB service.”

“We stayed here for two weeks for a ski vacation and really enjoyed it. Easy access to both Cottonwood canyons and even Deer Valley wasn't that far. Good privacy, we didn't see or hear the owners during our stay. It was nice to have a garage to park in. The owner is incredibly nice and even left us fresh baked cookies during our stay. Saw antlered deer in the back yard. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. Looking forward to staying here again.”

“Truthfully I picked this spot because of the beautiful church view from the bed not to mention the gorgeous snow covered mountains everything else was a bonus. The rooftop was stunning I even enjoyed a little party complete with DJ thanks to the welcoming neighbors, I worked in the lobby one day just because the space was so inviting! The location is wonderful you are downtown, but not in the middle of the shopping centers walking distance to everything you could want and I felt completely safe……

“Truthfully...this is the nicest rental my husband and I have EVER stayed in, and we do a fair share of road trips and traveling! Where do I begin to tell you about the cleanliness, the attention to detail, convenience, ambiance, and extra touches of Parkside Haven?!! There really is a beautiful park right in the backyard too, with a lovely walking path! Kathleen, the owner is a lovely woman who made sure we felt welcomed, comfortable and acclimated. Seriously, stop looking at rentals...THIS is……

“Clean, conveniently located and well stocked with everything we needed. Nice touches included local coffee, plentiful detergent for dishwasher and washing machine, and air fryer. Communication and check in was excellent. Beds and pillows were firm as someone else said but comfortable. For us the location was great - convenient to local parks, downtown and the university. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again.”

“very interesting suite. Large space but super 80's interior decoration and ecectrical appliance. Bed quality also seem and sleep like 80s Concierge very friendly~”
