「The young lady checking us in was not at all friendly and without even saying good evening, demanded I provide IDs for all of us staying. When she checked my grandson’s, even though she could tell tell he was under 18, by DOB on his license, she just asked if he was under 18. Once we got to our room, I realized she hadn’t shown the WiFi password on our key envelope. We looked through the room and couldn’t find it, so I called the office on my cellphone since the room phone wouldn’t connect me....

「We had to call the local number on the closed office door to find out how to enter our room. We did not get this information from Expedia and we were unable to connect with Expedia on my phone because of poor service in the area. The local woman who answered the phone was very helpful and the room is just what we expected.」
