“Air conditioning was so loud. It looks like was no working. Only warm air was coming out. There was so much noise from people from 11 pm to 4 am. I couldn’t sleep. My reservation was different and the guy who was attending didn’t looked for names and a guy started yelling because he thought I had his reservation. A whole chaos. Do not enjoy my stay.”

“There were 2 giant fans in the hallway next to our room. I was never told why. There were burns in the tile in our bathroom tile, NON SMOKING ROOM. There Spiderwebs in bathroom and doorway, and hanging from ceiling. Then spider came down in bathroom, had to kill because 10yr old daughter. There were balls of other people's hair in corners of bathroom. Bath towels are children's size. I could barely cover my body with one, as an adult. There is nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom, I……

“This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The room was not clean. It was actually disgusting. The pillows on our bed looked like lumps of coal and that is generous. The tub was disgusting and was completely out of body wash. We had to go to the front desk at 9:30 at night and they said they would bring some down immediately so we could shower. An hour and a half later they finally showed up. We were already in bed asleep because we got tired of waiting and they pounded on the door until we……

“Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.”
