Very helpful owner, I had a enquiry re parking at the cottage before we went, she explained that so long as your wheels did not touch the yellow lines and it didn’t matter if your car hung over them.A short while after we arrived the front door lock would not operate to secure the door, I phoned the maintenance number in the book and they arrived within the hour.

The cottage was a lovely place to spend a Christmas break.

The cottage was a lovely place to spend a Christmas break. It was clean on arrival and warm. The kitchen was great - having a washing machine and dishwasher were great additions. The cottage is perfectly located with a little shop within a 1 minute walk, plus a pub, fish and chip shop and more 2 mins away by the beach/ sand dunes. Perfect area for walking dogs. The only downside for us was the garden which, while a wonderful size, had fence areas, particularly directly outside the kitchen which were only a foot high (and led into several back gardens, not just one) and so most breeds of dogs could jump over at the sight of a cat, child playing with a ball next door etc... We'd visit again, but only out of season when we suspect people won't be in the gardens next door.
