Sleeping 10 guests across five bedrooms, the accommodation comprises three separate cottages, each providing comfortable, self-contained accommodation. Situated 2 miles from Loddon and 13 miles from Norwich, the property is also well placed for the magnificent Norfolk Broads and the east coast.

The first retreat sleeps two guests and offers single-storey accommodation centred on an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you can cook tasty meals with the fresh Norfolk produce you have bought, dine together and relax in front of the Smart TV. There is a double bedroom and family bathroom here, and the cottage has French doors leading to a courtyard. The second hideaway, which has two bedrooms, sleeps four guests and also offers single-storey living. Here French doors can also be thrown open in the lounge/kitchen/diner on summer days, as you whip up hearty meals, dine together and find films to enjoy on the Smart TV. The bedrooms include a double and a twin and there is a family bathroom. This retreat also has a courtyard garden. The final bolthole has two bedrooms and sleeps another four guests. This two-storey cottage also features a lounge/kitchen/diner where you can unwind in front of the Smart TV, cook together and sit down to holiday meals. A spiral staircase leads up to a double bedroom, a twin and a family bathroom. This property also has a courtyard for summer relaxation. All three cottages share a large lawn where everyone can gather in the fresh air to play games and have picnics.

Plan days out to Norwich to go see the famous cathedral and castle and to go shopping and dine out. Head to Beccles, 10 miles away, to hire day boats on the southern Broads.
