At the check-in counter, we had three different check-ins going on but hotel was not able to locate the check-in easily. They had to make multiple phone calls to find their booking. Das Hotel ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Vom Pool hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Bei Bedarf kann man auch den kostenlosen, täglichen Shuttle zu einem sehr schönen Strand (Kendwa) in der Nähe nutzen. Beim dortigen Hotel zahlt man 10$ "Eintritt" pro Person und bekommt eine Liege. Leider gab es jedoch einige deutliche Mängel: Es kam regelmäßig zu Stromausfällen, das Internet funktionierte meist nur sehr schlecht, und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Zudem entsprach unser Zimmer leider nicht den Bildern und wirkte deutlich weniger ansprechend. Besonders negativ ist mir das Verhalten des General Managers aufgefallen. Obwohl ein anderer Manager...

They provided top-notch service with a smile and made me feel part of the family. I also loved the upper deck, where we could grab a bite, just chill or watch the FiFA World Cup. Godt hotel hvis du ikke har et absolut krav om at bo direkte på stranden, hvor du kommer til at betale meget mere for noget med en meget lavere standard end dette hotel.」

「Great place but we were there in early June and there was a lot of construction going on everywhere and we might have been the only people in The place. Breakfast definitely leaves something to be desired, it's a good attempt at American or English breakfast but basically it's bread and you can get eggs any way you want. Do you want pancakes you can have honey or chocolate syrup but they don't know what's maple syrup. The food was okay but not exciting and we didn't get out of the hotel much....
