“Gorgeous and chic hotel, walkable to any downtown location that you’d want! Staff is top notch and the furniture is awesome and is for purchase along with some other decor. Drinks are awesome at the bar, along with the appetizers! My date thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we both woukd highly recommend this unique experience ”

“We were in town for a wedding and it was our first time staying at a hotel in Roanoke. We’ll definitely be booking here again. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It appears the hotel is undergoing some renovations, so I’m sure it will be even better once the work is complete. The location is excellent, with coffee shops nearby and plenty of convenient parking. The staff was warm and welcoming, and we were even offered complimentary cold bottled water as soon as we checked……

“The room was nice and clean, but we were out of conditioner and the Vault restaurant closed early (we were only there for one night and the restaurant was a big part of our plans.)”

We visited several local restaurants and the transportation museum because of the informational packet within the unit. “Office manager was very kind and response was very fast. The location is close to many convenient stores to buy food or some other travel items. There is a fire station next to the hotel and so I felt safe.”

“The hotel is nice and looks like it is well maintained. The front desk staff was not so pleasant. When checking out I asked about coffee and the feed back I got was we don’t give coffee for free. I told I could pay for it. Dah She explained since I booked thru Expedia, like it was a no no, she didn’t Have a receipt. Understandable but the tone was not acceptable. Hate that because u do have a nice property.”

“Beautiful scenery. Room was great. Only issue was the refrigerator didn’t work. The iron was cracked on the base so didn’t stand well but it worked fine. I would stay there again!”
