“This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. ”

“What a fabulous Hotel! From the minute we arrived, the warm welcome we got from Reception, especially Billy, was great, it's not something you see so often anymore. You truly felt like you were appreciated for staying there. All the staff we encountered were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. “The location is superb, very near to Lime Street Station and main shops. The front desk lady is accommodating and the service was good. Just be aware that if your room is on the top floor, you will need to carry your luggages and climb up stairs. For top floor, there is no heating in the room.”
