“This property was off the beaten path of a small town that has very little to offer for travelers and we were told by locals the town was unsafe. This property had great people working at the security gate. Check in was difficult and not in line with the information given to us by the host. We were told to go to the office between 9-5 to get a parking permit but security indicated a paperwork authorization was not yet received by the host. Our check in was at 4 so we had to come back and wait……

“Great location! Walking distance to everything. Everything was great only issue was nowhere to stop to get dropped off or picked up. Loved extras provided like chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Pictures provided were exactly the same, place was clean.”

“Soggiorno pessimo, all’arrivo il bagno era otturato, impossibile da utilizzare ( dopo 27h di aereo , l’ospite avrebbe piacere di avere un bagno funzionante ) L’host propone di sturare il bagno in autonomia con una ventosa ( alle 22h di sera ) e successivamente di cambiare appartamento, dopo 1h di discussione. Il secondo appartamento non era pronto, sporco , abbiamo dovuto perdere ancora 1 ora per fare le pulizie … Per finire, l’indomani l’host ci accusa verso Expedia , di aver otturato noi il……
