“We had a great stay. The price was nice and although it was a bit dated we would stay again.Very safe feeling neighborhood. We walked alot and enjoyed the area!”

“The townhouse was in a great location. Loved the direct access to the Katy Trail. It was a short walk to the Katy Ice House where we enjoyed lunch. If you have small children, do note that the stairs are open on one side for the first few steps. Check in was a smooth process. Would recommend!”

“Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and the property was beautiful.”

“Location was perfect for a visit with my new grandson. Efficiency apartment was very clean and I felt safe there, given concerns about the coronavirus. The apt. Is well furnished for a short stay. I spent most days with my family, but kitchen had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and I loved walking around the neighborhood in the mornings —despite construction projects on nearly every block. I look forward to returning. Thanks Jerry and Joan for providing a safe and comfortable apartment!”

“Poor communication with host they never responded ran out of tissue during my stay and the host informed that I need to go run down the cleaning lady for more tissue that may be there or not smh.. no plunder and the toilet clogs easily.. there was a giant roach in the shower and a tiny roach crawled on me whilst in bed. Ordering food and items were not easy not sure what’s wrong with the address to make it like that. The apartment stays hot the AC isn’t balanced having a light on makes it really……
