「The property is very well located. A good experience if you travel with Family and kids. The rooms are big enough and very clean. The staff is nice and friendly in the cafeteria. An opportunity of improvement will be maintain the pool and spa in better conditions, and fix the gate. I recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Redding and Shasta City. 」

「 Un lugar para no volver a hospedarse, paredes del baño muy sucias, ropa de cama súper sucias con manchas que a mi parecer eran de que sólo acomodaron las colchas después de haber rentado la habitación por largo tiempo. Pedí colchas limpias y me las dejaron en el cuarto en una bolsa y en lugar de ser blancas eran cafés de tan percudidas. El agua de la alberca estaba poniéndose verde, ni cómo usarla. Horrible experiencia. La recepcionista muy amable, pero el lugar horrible.」
