Good Stay

The home was well maintained and had a very good view. The kitchen and living room were also decent size and the hot tub added a nice touch. The only small issue was the door to the deck with the grill wouldn’t lock but other than that no issues.

The property is in a great location. The cleaning crew did not do their job and the former occupant had a pet who left dog hair all over the floor and living room furniture. If was taken care of quickly when Vacasa was contacted. Also hot water takes forwver to warm up. Hot tub was great. All other amenities were good.

Beautiful view, needs attention from property owner

The rental is in a great location, was peaceful during our visit, and the hot tub was clean and worked great! It would definitely benefit from a deep clean as we found pet hair and hair from previous renters throughout the house; the bathrooms had mold in some spots and thick dust build-up on the exhaust fans. The door to the deck didn't lock and we couldn't get the bottom lock of one of the doors to work. The projector wasn't easily locatable and once found we couldn't get to connect to play video. This property would benefit from more clear information like labeling the light switches, how to use all the electronic devices, and check-out expectations.
