“Great villa in a remote location.Very clean, very quiet.Beautiful pool. Cold in Octobre, 18degC max.Alberto is very responsive and welcomed us with lots of good info.15 minutes by car from Smeralda coast with beautiful beaches.5 minutes by car from San Pantaleo, nice village with a few restaurants. Village is a bit fashionable.30 minutes by car from Capo d'Orso.20 minutes by car from a very nice hike, Monte Zippy, a little bit challenging but with fantastic views.”

“Nach anfänglichen Problemen beim Einchecken (interne Komunikation) durch Entgegenkommen des Managements einen perfekten Urlaub verbracht! Neben der traumhaften Lage war die absolute Ruhe dafür mit ausschlaggebend (Nebensaison) Großzügiges Appartement, bequem, sauber. Besonders freundliches Management! Werden wieder kommen.”

“Very nice villa with very spacious bedrooms- mostly en suite and attractive outdoor space including shady eating area. Beds very comfortable and aircon is quiet and very effective. Walking distance to Lu impostu beach and a couple of restaurants but a car is essential I would say as the villa is well outside San Teodoro. Villa manager Chiara was very helpful and friendly over WhatsApp including assistance with problems of our own making (forgotten items etc) - excellent service. Also v flexible……

“The property was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The overall condition of the place felt like a solid 4-star experience - everything worked as expected and the space was nicely kept. Communication with the property manager during our stay was excellent, however the communication on the last day were non-existent. Still, a pleasant stay overall and would consider returning.”

“Séjour convenable.. Le seul point positif est la localisation, effectivement la plage est à 2 minutes à pied visible des mobilhomes, coucher de soleil, l’endroit en lui même est splendide. Par contre, en terme de communication, c’est décevant. À notre arrivée; on nous demande de payer la totalité de notre séjour alors que ce dernier a déjà été payé par le biais de Hôtel.com, nous avons la surprise de n’avoir ni draps ni serviettes alors qu’il ai mentionné sur l’annonce que tout est fourni.……

“Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und daher so wie erwartet. Terrasse und Außenküche bestens und täglich genutzt. Auch Aufteilung der Räume mit den beiden Bädern ist gut und getrennt nutzbar. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, könnte aber auch umfangreicher sein. Pfannenwender hat z.b. gefehlt. Wir waren nur 2 Personen, bei 4 wird es knapp. Allerdings kann die (kleine) Spülmaschine natürlich auch im Dauerbetrieb laufen.Ein Zaun um das Anwesen würde das Sicherheitsgefühl (Hunde) verbessern.……
