「We had a pleasant stay at Sugar Beach Resort Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and we enjoyed the pool area and the small arcade, which kept the kids entertained. While the breakfast box was adequate, we felt it could have been more substantial. We did notice that the rooms and the hotel itself are a bit dated, but the location right on the beach is truly outstanding and makes up for it.」

「Guests are unable to control the temperature of the heat in their room. I was able to turn off the fan blowing the warm air. It was 74, too warm for my wife and I to sleep in. Also, the beds have a sheet, a thick duvet and bedspread. Duvet made sleeping even hotter, so we chose just to use the sheet. Bathroom has only a passive ceiling vent, no fan.
