"As a woman travelling with two children, my most important consideration was safety. The hotel staff were unfailingly helpful, polite and respectful. All requests were met promptly and courteously, and nobody ever asked for a gratuity. I particularly recommend the food - absolutely delicious!"

"The bathrooms were very dirty. The 1st room that I was alloted did not have running cold water in the tap (Room 204). Also the water drains used to get clogged. Changed the room to 202, which was marginally better. AC in the room very noisy. Lot of confusion regarding complimentary breakfast. Finally ..."
"We stayed this hotel twice, and requested the pick up service twice as well, but no body show up when we arrive at the arrival gate, wasted our time to call and contact the reception, will never ever choose this hotel anymore."
