“I got cheated by both Expedia and the hotel. After I drove more than 6 hours we found that there is a big renovation in the indoor water park and only 3 things works. When I went to the front disk and I asked why no one mentioned in the website they said it is written in the policy area. I told them we only checking this area to see the timing of check in and check out. And this is an important information they have to write it in the first page. They did not do anything and keep saying they……
