「Excellent service. But since you have many different people staying at your resort, you should offer a variety of food, including more Asian dishes. Breakfast is the same every day, which makes it challenging to eat. 」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
