"Our family had a wonderful stay! Traveling with a 2-year-old, we really appreciated how clean, spacious, and family-friendly the property was. The location was perfect—centrally located with easy access to everything we wanted to do, yet still felt relaxing.Being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus, and having access to the pool gave us another great option for our toddler. The condo was well-equipped and had plenty of space, making it especially comfortable for a longer stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a convenient, comfortable place in Perdido Key."

"Our extended family of 11 had an amazing stay! The home was the perfect setup for our four families, offering plenty of space while still allowing us to easily gather together. We especially loved that each floor had access to the other side of the house, making it so convenient to move between the two sections. The location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed the easy 10-minute walk to the beach every day, using the nearby crosswalk, and the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off when we got back.The home is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully designed, and well-equipped with the basics. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and hot tub, and there were plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, balconies for morning coffee or evening sunsets, and multiple seating areas around the pool. We also loved having access to the fire pit and kayaks.The water off the dock isn’t for swimming, but that wasn’t an issue for us since we spent our time at the beach and in the pool. The house is also in a great spot—far enough from Flora-Bama to avoid the crowds and traffic, yet close enough to visit whenever we wanted.We experienced a few minor hiccups during our stay, but the host was responsive, and none of them impacted our overall experience. We were even there during tropical storm Bertha and still had a great time. I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. We would absolutely recommend this home to others and would love to stay here again!"

"It was a great experience. Very centrally located, but not too much traffic. Lloyd of nearby restaurants and attractions. The proximity to the beach was the biggest draw! The owners were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our 2026 family vacation was a Southern Charm was truly one we’ll never forget! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family gathering. Melissa was so kind and pleasant to work with, and the home was spotless when we arrived.We had 28 family members traveling from Louisiana, Florida, and West Virginia, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The beds were incredibly comfortable, every room was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals for a large group.One of our favorite features was the amazing wraparound porch. It quickly became our favorite gathering place! We spent countless hours together playing games, especially cornhole, laughing, and making memories that will last a lifetime.Even when Tropical Storm Bertha came through during our stay, it didn’t put a damper on our vacation. Instead, we made the best of it, stayed together, and had just as much fun. In many ways, it made our time together even more special.This was honestly one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had, and it was truly a Southern Charm played a huge part in I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone planning a family vacation, reunion, or simply looking for the perfect place to relax and make unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Beautiful home!!! Checked all the boxes for the weekend. Only issue was the motion activated lights downstairs. If someone woke up earlier than others or had to go to the bathroom while it was dark, it was like being blinded by high beams out of nowhere while you were trying to sleep. Ha!! Minor inconvenience for a great stay/property"
