"We have always enjoyed the John covering, and are excited that they are currently undergoing some upgrades. However, our recent stay still showed some additional needed upgrades. In addition, there was some staining on the bedding. The coffee maker in the machine had cake cups, but it was the tray style machine, so we couldn’t make coffee. Also, the icemaker on our floor was not working. There was only one elevator and it’s rather slow and seems a bit dated. The location is excellent and the staff are friendly. Overall, it was a good stay and we would definitely stay there again. It’s just not overly luxurious."

New Bedford Harbor Hotel

"The hotel staff was lovely. Staffing was light as no one was able take my bags to the room. However the neighborhood was less than ideal and the parking lot was two blocks away. The room was clean and had what I needed except that they did not give ample shower gel and the towels were way too small. But over all a pleasant stay."
