“The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean however a bit “used”. The kitchenette was very well stocked with everything we needed. Bathrooms were spacious. The gym was well equipped however the machines could use an update, and cleaner mats. A/C didn’t work making it less enjoyable to be in there. Breakfast was great, lots of options. And the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.”

“I wasn’t able to travel but when I called Expedia Agency, I explained what have happened so they called over there on my behalf and I’ve actually got a refund back. Because I couldn’t fly out during Forrest fire”

“The room was clean and modern, with lovely products in the bathroom. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had great service at the restaurant for dinner; we didn't try the breakfast. There were 2 down-sides for me: 1. The pool is not in the hotel, but in the adjoining building, and the walkway to get there was basically through a parking lot. They had security at the doors, usually, but there were also times when we went to the pool and the door was ajar without anyone around.……
