“Need to take 15mins bus to old town (15kn) per person one way. Frequent bus #6 service The beach nearby is clean and clear. Buffet variety is good but the dining room is filled of oily smell.”

“Comfortable and tidy hotel. However it is better to rent a car to stay here. No convenience store besides. Bus only comes in one direction. Swimming pool serve in limited time. I come to pool at 6pm but workers start to take away all the chairs and towels. They said the pool should be closed at 7pm.”

“The beach was wonderful, breakfast could be better as there is no change on the menu so every day is the same and pastries cold look better, staff very friendly, charges made to the room very difficult to understand when they give you the final statement as there is no regards between what you know you paid at restaurants and the way they show you the charges at the reception on the day you are leaving. ”

“We have booked the regular twin rooms with partial sea view but the hotel can only offered us rooms facing the road. Even we already mentioned that our requirement while checkin , but turn out they have not set the twin beds while check in and we have to wait. For the facilities, they do not provide iron and which need extra cost for the ironing service which we found unacceptable.”

“Great location and decent food. Closer to airport than we realised ( good thing for transport), but not a problem with noise. Modern property, large open seating area lacked atmosphere on same level as reception. Only one bar on this level. Restaurant on lower level, snack bar on lower level out near the pools. Self serve drinks at restaurant/ snack bar during open hours. Outside this time, seemed only one bar on upper level by reception. Drinks- all inclusive below standard - soft drinks……

“The hotel was lovely, amazing views and in a perfect position for walking everywhere in Cavtat. The rooftop pool was small but with a view to die for. Reserving sunbeds wasnt a problem and didnt bother us but the pool was freezing and would be so much more useable if heated! We decided to eat at the hotel outdoor restaurant on our first night, again with amazing views, sadly it didnt meet expectations. My husbands meal (pork) was so overcooked it was inedible. To be fair they didnt charge us……

“What a little gem this place is. Like any holiday it really is what you make it. I had read reviews about 'too many wasps' and 'lack of food variety' but come on ... what do you expect in the heat of 30 degrees celsius and buffet food for over a week? There are many positives to this place with a few ... realistic recommendations. We absolutely loved exploring the island, where else can you say that you rent an island for a week and dive into every nook and cranny to swim on private……

“Very good hotel with its cleaniness, service quality, breakfast and friendly handsome staff. It was not far from the Dubrovnik old town that I could walk between the hotel and the old town. I will choose Hotel Lero again when I visit Dubrovnik.”

“Hotel was big, clean and had a nice view. Staff friendly and helpful. The downside noisy, limited sitting area at the lobby. The pool is nice, big but very noisy and lots of children. There is no space to swim. Food is good, coffee was very bad. Dinner time no drinks you will need to purchase water for 5 Euros a bottle. Overall great hotel for families with young children not for adults ”

“第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。”
