“Room was clean. Check in was so easy. Although our room was a little bit of a walk from the main lobby everything was a great. Beautiful hotel. Easy transportation on the boat to city walk. Security was very easy to go through also and very convenient being right at the hotel. ”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……

“We have never stayed at a hotel with such an attentive and friendly staff. We received texts everyday checking up on us and making sure we had a great time, offering help with anything we needed. They were very quick to fulfill any needs we had, such as towels or other amenities. When our shower leaked, they were quick to get us to another room even though we were at the parks all day.
