The huge patio with the overhang allows sun and shade. Relax in the hanging loungers, play in the pool, or go to the theme parks, this is the place for your vacation! Located just off Hwy 192, there's restaurants and shopping galore. 4 miles to Disney. Emerald Island is an established vacation resort for the theme park area!
The space
As you walk into this beautiful pool villa, there is a living room and dining room on the right. This leads into an open concept kitchen with a lounge area and breakfast area. There is an ensuite master with a king bed & garden tub & shower on the first floor. The master and the open concept room look out onto the beautiful pool and patio area. There is a section that also is covered for those who need a break from the sun. There is a complimentary propane grill for having a fun patio day.
There is a convenient half bath outside the laundry area. Through the laundry room is a game room.
Upstairs there is a second king ensuite. There are also 3 queen bedrooms and two twin rooms. The Mickey room is a twin over full and Harry Potter has a set of bunks. There are also two full hall baths.
All bedrooms have TVs as does the lounge area and gameroom.
The villa is equipped with linens & towels as well as utensils for eating and preparing food.
You will love having your coffee or frozen drink on the patio and will want to stay forever!
