Family Vaca 8/2024

Hi “I recently stayed at your vacation home in Orlando, FL, from 8/15-8/18/34 and had a great experience. The house was exactly as advertised on the website, with clean and comfortable accommodations. Everything was well-maintained, and the space was welcoming. I appreciated the attention to detail, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. I would just like to make a few suggestions, the living room bljnd need to be change or replace them with blackout curtains that would probably be cost effective, I felt eye was watching me at night, also a few throws for to cover for watching TV would be nice. The kitchen could have bigger pots for cooking and bowls serving and for prepping food, some people like to cook even on vacation. The house could use a fresh coat of paint, the carpet could use a deep cleaning, beside those few things I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant vacation rental. The host was very pleasant to chat with via email and responded to my emails the very next day or the same day based on the time I sent the email. Thanks Rachel

Great location, not the cleanest and poor communication

We arrived at check in time (4pm) and had not received gate code or door code. Gate staff and front desk tried to help and even tried to contact property manager on our behalf with no luck. Finally at 4:41, a message was sent with the information. Thoroughly enjoyed the house and resort! The sink did fill with dirty water while running dishwasher, we hurriedly turned off dw and sent text to "emergency" number with no response. We were finally able to reach down into disposal and pull out what appeared to be a lot of crushed plastic and the sink finally drained. I never heard back from management about that. Kitchen was stocked well woth dishes to eat on , but no bakeware and only one serving bowl. Home was tidy and surface cleaned but baseboards and walls were clearly dirty. A good deep cleaning and better communication would make this a fantastic property, we had a great time! I did send all this in a message to the property manager just to make aware of the details after the stay, and the only response was a new door code. I'm not sure why that was sent as our stay was already over. Again, great property and resort, just very poor communication and customer service.

Relaxing Stay

Our stay was very enjoyable! The overall cleanliness of the house was great. However, the carpet is in need of a deep cleaning in some areas. There is an adequate supply of dishes available for food & drinks preparation. The pool area would be more comfortable if a ceiling fan was installed. I would recommend this property and would stay again!
