The home was family friendly, clean and close to resort activities. The kids enjoyed the themed bedrooms and games offered at the house. The pool at the house was perfect for the little ones. We really enjoyed our stay.

Neighborhood issues

First, Vacation Alchemy (the management rental company) was fantastic! They were very quick to respond with issues and take care of questions and problems when they could. My issues are not with them. The biggest issue is that this home is NOT PET FRIENDLY!!! They say they are, but then we found out when we got the rules that dogs are not allowed on any carpeted areas or the furniture. That meant someone had to sleep on the very uncomfortable sofa with them in the living area downstairs and had to stay with them when everyone else went out after having to pay hefty fees to have them along. Next, the neighborhood has been over developed and the check in process is a nightmare. You have to wait in a long line at the security gate every time you enter, but then you have to go stand in another line to check in after driving around trying to find a parking place to finish check in at the clubhouse. Also, the resort allows way too many cars parking in the streets. It’s very difficult to drive around to get in and out from the rental. We also wish there had been a book of instructions about using the games. We never really got the arcade game or the Nintendo games working properly. The air hockey game was broken. Someone came out to check it and it couldn’t be fixed. All of this was extremely disappointing for the kids. Not sure about the issues, but the two slides at the water park were closed down. This was a major draw for our grandkids.
