Great house for large groups!

We loved the house! The upstairs bathroom had tons of room to get my allstar cheerleader ready for Summit! We had two families stay here and there was so much space! The kids and teens lived the pool after hot days at the parks and espn!

Nice family stay

The house was nice and clean and just like the pics. The only thing is I thought there were 2 bunk beds based off reading the amount of beds and it was only one bunk bed per the pics. The kids enjoyed themselves and I was able to relax. Also the stores near the area was such a convenience we didn’t have to drive far for store runs.

Great home

We had major issues with check in and the gate code took three days . Not happy about taking picture and sending to someone ! House was good needs new bar stools and blinds in living room as homes are way close .

Gorgeous house. The heater for the pool and hot tub was inadequate. It barely warmed the small jacuzzi.

Front door

When we checked in the door was fine but by the 3rd door the door was getting difficult to open so we started using the pool door to get to get out will send someone around and open the door from the outside so informed them of the situation around 8 am the got back with me a hour or 2 later and let me no they’ll send someone out in a couple of hours and sure and behold they came about 6 pm

Was charged over $306 for blowers to the jacuzzi that never worked

Columbia management was at first responsive to problems such as light fixtures not working and the blowers for the jacuzzi not working but after I had asked for a refund for paying extra for the blowers not working, they were less responsive. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company since no one from property management will get back to me. Initially we were happy to have finally started our vacation but noticed a ton of cars parking on the street. this made it harder to navigate through the small roads of the neighborhood and the description says no parking allowed on the streets but this wasn't enforced. Overall it was a nice property but I won't be going back for the problems listed.
