The house was fantastic but we wasted a lot of time trying to get the pool heated, the cinema room never worked despite requests for this. Also the outside fire pit never worked despite several requests and a service man, who finally turned up to put the pool heating on, actually said he was getting the key to turn it on but never returned! The hot tub emptied after 10 minutes of use and the slide was damaged and couldn’t be used. PlayStations never worked and some of the games in the games room. Although this seems like a lot of problems the house itself is stunning and we all loved it. Just such a shame that we couldn’t use everything that we had paid for.
