Amazing Stay!

We had the most amazing stay at Encore and in this home. The house is exactly as described and very clean. The rooms are all spacious and beautifully decorated We opted to have the pool heated and it made our February stay perfect. Kitchen necessities and pool towels were provided, all we needed to do was grocery shop! The outdoor grill was great for a quiet family cookout. The house is close enough to the community center to walk to, and the pool and slides are a lot of fun! We are already planning our next trip back.

Very nice Thanksgiving weekend

We chose this home for our Thanksgiving family gathering. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The movie room/loft connects to a bedroom, which was nice for the night owls in the group. The neighborhood was pretty crowded, but by Friday it seems that many families left. Management was quick to respond when we asked about the pool heating. The inside of the home was comfortable for us. And the backyard was great! Since the home is on a corner lot, the yard is big. The kiddos went out and kicked their ball around. We didn’t use the fire pit, but sat out there with our coffees in the morning. The pool is not covered, so you do have to deal with bugs and ants. I unfortunately got a few bug bites in the evening from sitting out by the pool. Overall a very nice stay!

Excellent!

The house was exactly as described and presented in the pictures. Nice, spacious, clean and with good light. The pool is great and warm. The water park is amazing and the kids had a lot of fun. Perfect house for family reunions. The only negative is that there is a little bit of noise from the road that bothers a little bit, specially in the front rooms and at night. I highly recommend staying there.

Unplug and unwind

This property is EXACTLY as pictured! What you see is what you get. It was clean, had tons of space and like most vacation rentals had starter kitchen & laundry items. The cons- 1) The wi-fi didn't work so neither did the smart TVs which was a bummer for movie night with the kiddos. But it gave us a chance to unplug and enjoy each other. 2) There was no game system as advertised and the tv in the garage game room was broken. 3) There were no pool toys. However, the community has a water park with a splash pad, slides and pool. So once the kids were tired of the house pool we went therd. They also have free & paid activites you can do at the clubhouse. Most importantly there was insite community that drove around the community all the time giving a sense of safety. Overall we'd definently stay again.

Great house and water park

Clean, roomy, and functional. Traffic noise is a little loud at encore, other than that, it’s a perfect place for vacationing family. Pool and hot tub are great.

Clean & Convenient

We loved the house! There was plenty of space for everyone and having a bathroom in every bedroom was perfect. We chose to pay for the heat option on the pool and that was great for the kids. The alarm on the door to the pool took some getting used to, and the fire pit was broken, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again.
