The Space:
Soft morning light spills across the villa, inviting you to wander from a quiet bedroom into open living spaces where laughter can echo before a day at the parks. After the thrills of Disney World or Universal Studios, you can drift back into themed rooms, challenge friends in the game room, or unwind beside the private pool under a twilight sky. Kids will lose themselves in Disney Princess and Super Hero suites, while adults gather in the Star Wars loft or relax on the patio with a glass of wine. Every corner of this Kissimmee retreat is designed for families and groups to spread out, play, and recharge together.
Sleeping arrangements
Eight bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across two levels. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a Queen Bed and Bedroom 2 a King Bed with an en‑suite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 provides a Queen Bed with an en‑suite bathroom. A Disney Princess themed bedroom holds two Twin Beds, and a second Disney Princess room also features two Twin Beds. The Super Hero themed bedroom includes two Twin Bunk Beds. Bedrooms 6, 7, and 8 contain a King Bed, a Queen Bed, and a Queen Bed respectively; Bedrooms 6 and 7 share a Jack and Jill bathroom, while Bedroom 8 has its own en‑suite. The home sleeps 16+ across 10 beds and includes six baths.
Indoor living
Two spacious living areas give groups room to spread out. The upstairs Star Wars loft adds a playful gathering spot, while the downstairs living and dining rooms are perfect for shared meals or quiet downtime. A TV and themed décor set the stage for movie nights. Central air conditioning and central heating keep the villa comfortable year‑round. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows, blankets, a free washer, free dryer, and a dedicated workspace are provided for convenience.
Kitchen & dining
The large full kitchen is stocked with essentials for home‑cooked meals. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you choose where to gather for breakfast, dinner, or a casual snack.
Outdoor living
Step onto the private patio where a private outdoor pool and hot tub await. Sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture, and a BBQ grill create a relaxed setting for warm Florida evenings. The patio and balcony offer quiet spots to unwind between outings.
Game room
A game room invites friendly competition with air hockey, basketball, and a bean bag toss game, giving everyone an easy way to spend time together.

Located in the Windsor at Westside community, you gain access to resort amenities including a clubhouse with a kids arcade, children’s activity areas, a full gym, a zero‑entry pool, kids’ water playground, water slides, a lazy river, and sports courts. The villa is a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and nearby shopping and dining.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.
The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera in the garage although is out of service.
