Great house

The house was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the house is located in a safe and secure area.

Nice location, water view, updated interior, outdoor space.

We enjoyed this property. The price point was good, plenty of space in the house to relax. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Nice having a washer and dryer available! There is an alligator in the ponds which is fun to see and ducks with their babies walk by every morning! 2 bedrooms have a king bed which was very nice! Beach towels were available to use as well.Some things to keep in mind. The grill and pool are listed as amenities but if you go on spring break the pool is not heated unless you request it for an additional charge and the grill is not available unless you request it for an additional charge. This information IS provided by the property manager (I just overlooked it so we swam in a cold pool). The community area pools and lazy river fills up fast so get there early on Fridays and the weekend.Couple negatives about the house: Front door and sliding door still jiggle when locked but we didn't have any trouble with them. Mainfloor bedroom windows we couldn't get to lock but my husband and I slept there and had the kid go upstairs! Mainfloor shower head probably needs to be replace as it leaks and sprays where it isn't supposed to.

Awesome rental! The place was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool and amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. The access was so streamlined and had no issues! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!”
