The house was big enough for our group pf 6 and close to the resort pool, clubhouse & fitness center. The pool and patio were dirty and not taken care of. The management company said they have someone clean and power wash the patio regularly, but there were weeds all over, 3-4” tall. I had to sweep the patio myself with a broom to not track in dirt. They would not have someone come to clean it. The carpet is old and some of the furniture is broken. I would not rent at this location again.
