Welcome to Kissimmee, and a beautiful 4bd 2 bath fully updated house with screened heated pool, 7 minutes drive to Disney and 20 min drive to Universal studios! Perfect for families, and students, and traveling nurses! House also has a custom made play room with miniature golf:)
Located in a col-de-sac so you will get a lot of privacy while you staying!

The space
4 Bedroom 2 Bath, fully renovated house that has a private custom built play room in Monsters Inc. theme.

Bedrooms:
Every bed has a comfortable mattress and a set of a nice cotton sheets to make sure you have a good night sleep. Every bedroom has a Roku TV, (Master Bedroom has cable as well), so you can stream your favorite shows. Every bedroom has a closet with hangers and a dresser, so you can fold/hang your clothes to prevent it from wrinkling. If your clothes got wrinkles, feel free to use the ironing board and an iron that is provided.

Living/Dining Room:
There is a computer and a desk area for those who come to work, feel free to use it. Dining room area has a dining room table and a dining room set.

Kitchen:
Kitchen is fully stocked with basic things for cooking, including: pots, pans, spices, oil, coffee, tea, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ set for the grill outside.

Play Room:
Play Room includes mini golf, X-Box, board games, and other games.

Pool Area:
Heated, screened pool that is being heated upon request for an additional charge 50$/day, price can be negotiated for longer stays. pool is being heated constantly at 80F(weather permitting) you would like it to be warmer, refer to the fees above. Pool area has a BBQ grill, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table.
Guest access
Guest can access the entire property.
