This has been my 2nd time staying at this property and i absolutely love it! Location was prime for Disney (and not too far from Universal!). Thiago was great with communication and so helpful with check in and checkout process. Also a great choice if you are traveling with pets! They were most accommodating to my dogs and cat. I look forward to staying here again!

We always LOVE our stay at this beautiful house which is very clean, spacious, located in a quiet gated community and is convenient to theme parks (Disney and Universal being our favorites.Thiago is an AMAZING host, communicates with us before, during and after our stay which we appreciate. Thank you Thiago for making our stay wonderful!We are looking forward to our next Florida visit (this January) and will be staying at this 5 star Vrbo house, which always makes us feel right at home!I added plus is that this house welcomes pets and we always bring our little dog who loves this house too.We HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful Vrbo!

Wonderful stay!

Fantastic Getaway

We had a phenomenal stay for our children's graduation trip. The host went the extra mileto leave a sweet little note and graduate key chain for our 2 graduates. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location.

Our stay at this home was wonderful. Mr. Thiago was very inviting to us and our dog. He was in constant contact with us to ensure we were happy and to offer any assistance if needed. The home was lovely and the neighborhood felt safe. We would stay again if in the area.

The house was clean and simple to check in and out. The owners / Managers of the propriety were very attentive with any items / concerns needed. The pool was clean! The location was great to get in and out of the parks. We are hoping to book again for next year’s vacation.

What a wonderful place to stay! Great location, heated pool, spacious kitchen with items for baking (which I used) and comfort beds (we all slept well). Clean and comfortable and nice and we will definitely be back! We all had a wonderful experience including my girl Baylee 🐾 Neighbors were nice, , we walked every day and we had a wonderful time. We are so thankful we found this location. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was absolutely perfect!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The property was so clean, very spacious, with lots of rooms, comfortable beds and furniture and so well stocked with everything you need. Neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet! The location is ideal -- so close to the 4 Disney World Parks and other major attractions. The host, Thiago, was incredible!! He was A+ with communicating, quick response, made booking and check in so easy and communicated frequently during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. This our 2nd 7 night stay on this property this year and cannot wait to return soon. We HIGHLY recommend this Vrbo rental!

Great place to stay!

This house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family and 3 dogs. We came in to find a dog bed and bowls and a bag of treats waiting for our pups. The pool was amazing after time at Disney. With the pool heated, it felt great even on a cooler day. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. There were tons of shops and restaurants close by. Thiago was a very attentive host, making our week so easy and enjoyable.

This Vrbo house is a Home Run!!!!

Loved staying at this house! We’ve been coming to Florida for past ten years and this has been our favorite Vrbo rental!! We highly recommend staying here! Host Thiago is amazing, communicates so well, quickly responds to any questions and checked with his us if we needed anything during our stay. House is so clean, spacious, fully stocked with towels and essentials, gated community, beautiful view, right across the street from lake, quiet and private, great location, close to the 4 Disney parks, restaurants, stores, even had a pool! And welcomes dogs, which is a must for us, so cute Thiago had dog bed, bowls and treats ready for our arrival. We will be definitely staying here our next trip!!

Great neighborhood and location to the parks!

Family visiting from out of state and wanted to be near it all during Christmas. We were just a few miles from Disney, avoiding heavy holiday traffic and not too much farther from SeaWorld as well. Well kept home in a very quiet and gated community was welcome after a long day and day off from the parks. Home offers a great floor plan and privacy for multiple families under one roof. The host was very friendly and left dog bed/treats and bowls for our dogs as well as birthday gifts for our twin grandchildren! Being across the street from the dock, my husband had wished he had more time to get some fishing in tho!! Highly recommend

Absolutely AMAZING!!

Simply an amazing experience with this home owner. The above categories exceeded 5 stars for sure, but were this owner truly shines is the customer service. There were some unexpected issues that occurred during my trip and Thiago (his family and his staff) were absolutely amazing in their thoughtfulness. The kindness that was shown is rarely seen in the world today. So, yes, every category maxed out at 5 stars, but in the customer service arena: 25 ++ stars! Absolutely exceptional! Thank you, Thiago, family and staff!!

Needs updating definitely

As rated the location and supplies were accurate. The pictures were accurate but the cleanliness was very much disappointing. There were some safety issues i.e. broken pool chairs, dining room chair very wiggly and has the potential for injury to someone. Electrical plug without cover in front bedroom and a few times we could smell electric burn. We had issues with plumbing sime were addressed some not. Pool table wàs broken as well as the sticks. It was disappointing but we survived and made the best of it.

Perfect Home and Host

First, I would like to start out by saying this was our second trip to this home. We loved it so much the last time, we couldn’t wait to get back. We are very familiar with the neighborhood. We stay in Sunset Lakes every October so there has been a total of 5 homes we have had the privilege of booking over the years. BUT Thiago’s home is BY FAR our favorite. We are already looking at our calendars for next year so we can snatch up "our" week before someone else does. Thiago is super attentive and an A+ host. Before check in he left some items for our dogs and a sweet birthday gift for our daughter. The house is spacious and contains everything you could possibly need including plenty of towels. That is always a major plus to me. The pool was warm and toasty as promised and the garage had several fun things to do. I also appreciate all the channels for the TV. That is becoming rare. The proximity to the fishing pier is fabulous. My husband always catches a few bass. I would recommend this home 100%! (Unless it’s the week I want in October! 😉) Thank you Thiago!

The BEST Host, clean house, so affordable and dog friendly!!

Our stay was less than a week after hurricane Milton. We were so nervous we would have to cancel. The house host Thiago, was very communicative with updates throughout the week before our almost 2 week stay. Thiago was attentive, caring, and so thoughtful. He also checked in to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. Thiago also ensured our pups were comfy and even suppied them with a bag of treats and a doggie bed for them to use! Overall, the house was bright, clean, and literally had everything we needed. This included plenty of towels for showering and the when using the pool. There was extra blankets and sheets, pots and pans, with some laundry detergent to trash bags and toilet paper, dish detergent, and even extra good size fans for us to use. Please take note. There are all tvs in each room, except the bunk bed room. The washer and dryer were very clean and located in the garage where there were fishing poles, foosball table and ping pong. So many floaties for the pool as well. Also, we met the neighbor to the left and he was so nice. It was often quiet and pretty peaceful even though the houses are quite close together. Didn't sem like it was going to be privacy, but we were wrong! My husband accidentally broke the toilet paper holder and Thiago understood and was really more worried about ensuring my husband was okay! We will definitely be renting this house again! From the moment you enter the private gated community this is an amazingly relaxing, welcoming place to stay. We were in town from Ohio and after the long drive with 3 dogs this was perfect. The bedrooms were wonderful the living area and kitchen nearly perfectly stocked (we left a better pizza cutter and an ice cream scoop to add to it) and the welcoming gift for the dogs was a wonderful touch. The neighbors were super friendly and the extra to turn on the pool heater was totally worth it! We will be back!
