Family vacation 2025

This house was everything we needed for our stay! We had a family of 16 and it accommodated everyone. We had a few issues but, Orange Vacations was on it and made the necessary repairs! This home was a that and more. Would definitely rent again

Initially, I was prepared to give this place a nice review upon entering the house, but it all went downhill starting on day 2. Instead of a narrative, I’ll bullet the issues we had while staying at this property.- Check in was late due to a dishwasher being installed.- The light in the pool wasn’t working. We put in a work order but no one came to fix it.- The Wi-Fi was out for a day and a half which is unacceptable because that’s an easy fix.- The upstairs cable box was shot in 1 of the bedrooms and needed repairing.- The hot water was out for 3 days so we took cold showers up until the day we left. This also caused an annoying beep for those days because when there’s something wrong with the tanks, it triggers an alarm.Overall the house is nice in a convenient area, it just has too many items in disrepair for an enjoyable stay. After many messages and conversations we were given a courtesy compensation for the cold water.
