Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

When we arrived, the coffee table was broken and the dryer was broken, which for a week stay was very inconvenient. I reached out to host, who did respond immediately that they would communicate with maintenance. They also asked if I would be okay with an exterminator coming into the residence if we were not there and I was not comfortable with that and asked them what they were spraying for and was told for their "normal" maintenance. The following morning, I was greeted with a lizard in the bathroom, which I do realize can happen in this environment, but asked them to remove it. Again they responded they would reach out to their maintenance. The last straw was opening the dishwasher and it was roach infested. We quickly packed up our stuff, less than 24 hours after check-in and Angel refused to provide a refund and was very argumentative, stating that I broke the table, roaches are normal for Florida and never did state a reason for the dryer. Regardless, we left and currently still waiting on a refund for the remainder of the days we paid for that did not stay.
