Underwhelming overall
To begin, we rented this property for a while week early March 2025. Upon arrival, there was a two cars in the driveway and road blocking me from being able to park and unload our kids and belongings after a 10 hour drive. The cleaners and property manager were there still getting the property ready. This was at 4:25, 25 mins after our scheduled check in time. After they were finished, we were finally able to pull into the driveway and unload. There are cameras, on the front and sides of the house. Felt very invasive if I’m being honest, and not off to a great start. Upon entering the house, it was fairly clean. It was very bare. They do start you off with some essentials like 2 dishwasher pods and a tiny dish soap. Toilet paper, shampoo, bar soap, dish sponge. Enough to get you through a night or 2. The whole interior was as expected. Though, I wish the stairwell window had some blinds or something. Basically the neighbors upstairs windows are 5 feet from thy at giant window and allow them to see the entire upstairs including in the master bedroom. Everything worked as expected, though there is poor repair work all over the house. Here’s the bad part. Despite all the shortcomings mentioned above, this was the worst. The pool area and pool were filthy. There was a lot of debris on the bottom of the pool. Leaves, pine needles, human hair clumps. The pool has many leaks and was about 1 foot below normal water level. Grout is basically non existent in spots. Cracks in the
