“We were looking for a calm and quite respite, and this checked the boxes! Property and furniture were clean and comfortable. And despite the heat, we were able to spend time on the shaded deck. We found ourselves choosing to stay in and enjoy the river, adding a cold drink and a good book, and we were set. 10 out of 10! Its not often mentioned in reviews, but we appreciated that the rental fees charged were not exorbitant. Its a beautifully preserved historical landmark, and we appreciate that……

“This property was amazing for my dogs and I! The property was well maintained with mowed walking trails that we took full advantage of! The pond was great for my puppy. All the swimming she did helped wear her out. I really appreciated the hose outside to spray her down after. The inside of the house was clean and cozy. It was well furnished with zero clutter. The shower head was amazing! I loved everything about this property! It was secluded and beautiful. I will definitely stay here……

“This house has a lot of space. It has four big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! It is 4 levels, with a living area (couch, chairs, and TV) on three levels!! Plus a TV in every room. Wheel chair accessible from the garage and it leads to living room/game room with a bedroom and bathroom on that level. The wheel chair could not go up to the kitchen. Wonderful house and a wonderful host. Highly recommended!!”
