“When I came in there was a lot of kids everywhere and I was thinking I might not be able to stay there because of all the noise. However; that was alleviated because about 1/2 mile to the property it was like a ghost town but in a good way!!! The property itself was nice but if you are looking for a newer structure this is not the place for you, I would say the building/unit was built between 1960-1990. If you are like me that is not important enough to change my stay but would include that for……

“The place was very large and accommodated all of our guests comfortably w/the 2 bathrooms. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, great location, very clean and priced right. The bar on the main level was also good for a night cap and their food was good. Also very quiet and better than staying in the Short North where you hear everything and sirens are constantly going off.”

“This is a great little apartment equipped with everything we needed for our conference stay. A short walk to the Convention Center (10 min or less) and restaurants and night life. There are two flights of stairs and no elevator but easy to manage if you have average fitness. We had some issues with Wi-Fi that were addressed promptly by the host. I would stay here again.”

“I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.”
