“My kids and I stayed at Trevin’s place and had a wonderful time! From check-in to check-out our stay was great. Trevin was a very gracious host and had great communication. The views of sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The decks made time outside more enjoyable and being right on the lake was fun. I’d say the only downside was that the yard is a bit small. My kids are free range and used to excessive space, but still has a great time in the yard that is available. The walking trail being……

“We initially missed that we were renting a shared property with the owners, which we always avoid. But it ended up working out great! The rental side of the property is set up to where you don’t even realize it’s shared. We liked that both bedrooms were upstairs and had bathrooms attached. Great location relative to our family in Perham and the downtown area. We look forward to coming back during the summer to take advantage of the lake. The lake and those amenities will make the rental price……
