“Great Riad . Very clean , charming , nice pool and very friendly staff. Its around 20 min from main square and most of attractions. We did not had a chance to eat breakfast but i hear was good . Definitely recommending ”

“Very mixed review, since some aspects were great and some not so much! the check-in was arduous, instead of just being told the truth that our room was not ready, and given a realistic time to come back, we were strung along and moved from place to place, it was very hard with kids after a long journey. The check-out was also lengthy and frustrating for no reason. The pool towel policy is pathetic, childish and frankly embarrassing. We couldn't work out where to get them from, where to……

A special mention to the Manager, Aissian, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and were upgraded to a suite. “We had a pool-view room which was lovely and spacious. Staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of food on offer for all-inclusive, and the food was of good quality. The only disappointment we had was realising that you had to pay to use the indoor pool (about £20pp per hour). I had not seen any mention of this when booking. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather and it was cold and rained for the 3 days we were there (Jan 2026), meaning we could not use the outdoor pool. ……
