“Very nice condo. Great location. Perfect for a couple. 4 people would be very snug. Internet didn’t work but good cell reception so didn’t need it. We would stay here again ”

“Loved it”

“Everything was excellent ”

“This is a fantastic small condo on the edge of Telluride. It was outfitted with decent amenities and while we didn't spend much time here, the time we did spend in the unit was relaxing. The owner/host keeps this unit pretty nice and was a pleasure to talk to.”

“Awful awful awful communication with Evolve. Avoid staying in one of their properties.”

“On a busy Fourth of July weekend, when the owner of the unit left the property manager high and dry, they went above and beyond to try to make sure the check-in time and communication didn’t ruin our plans for a great Fourth of July getaway. The unit was great, location was the best. All the amenities you needed for a full kitchen set up, and we easily had enough space for everybody in the unit.I worked from the patio every morning at sunrise, and walked two blocks to get bagels and donuts at……

“The property was very clean and cooly decorated. It had everything we needed — including some beers, wine and coffee- and the property owners/managers were accessible. The place is pricey but everything is at Telluride/Film Fest — I think the value was there. We would……

“The communication before during and after the trip was outstanding. The unit was well equipped with everything the two of us needed. We loved how close the unit was to Colorado Street, the San Miguel River, and the free gondola to Mountain View. We were pleased that the television and Roku until was modern. We also liked how closely we could park the rental car to the unit. We felt that there were a few small areas for improvement like a dresser to store our days of clothing outside our……

“Absolutely loved our stay! Of all the places we have stayed this is absolutely one of our favorites!! The loft was beautiful, welcoming, and so comfortable. I can't say enough wonderful things! I love the history of Silverton and the views are stunning! We even saw a moose at mineral creek campground!”
