「We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities, including laundry. It was nice to be so close to Black Canyon NP, but also a short drive from Montrose. The home is located in a great spot. 「Me and my wife absolutely love the property privacy The view and the yurt itself. The quiet and privacy you get on the side of the mountain. It's a perfect location to relax. We highly recommend the spot. It's wonderful!」

「Communication and property excellent 」

「AvantStay provided timely and accurate instructions for our stay in the condo. Condo was in a perfect location in town, walkable to everything including ski lifts. Condo well stocked and very clean. One car though as parking is limited on property.」

「The apartment was nice enough, but we were somewhat turned off by the lack of maintenance and housekeeping. The king bed was made up with a full size fitted bottom sheet which obviously didn't fit the mattress. We found a spare flat sheet that we used to replace the non-fitting sheet. The hosts never offered to fix it for us. There were also a number of maintenance items that really need to be addressed: Oven clock just blinked 24/7 with no numbers and had no knob (missing) to set the clock....

「Pros: Efficient space in an excellent location, easy walk to the center of town and the gondola. Nice shared yard with a table and chairs. Cons: The window didn't open (was "out of order" per a note taped to it) so got pretty stuffy in the August heat. Only other challenge was that parking was sometimes unavailable on premise, though we didn't have much trouble finding spots on the street.」

The cottage is located in the prestigious Mountain Village which we found to be one of the most beautiful communities we have visited.
