"We had a lovely stay at your hotel. The location was good and the room had as excellent view. It was clean the restaurant was good value for money on the buffet dinner. Special mention to Yumika at reception. What a credit to your hotel. Professional, approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable of customer service.. Will definitely comeback at some other time"

"Stayed for 5 nights in one of the Club rooms. The room was amazing, so was the view. Staff was very friendly and helpful, this for all areas of contact, cleaners (I stayed on level 37, reception, breakfast buffet at the lobby and at lounge. Pool and gym were great too, breakfast was excellent! I very pleasant stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We booked two rooms for our family, and really appreciated that they were connected by an interior door, which made our stay much more convenient. The location was excellent, with easy access to the MTR and nearby laundry facilities. While the hotel offers laundry service, we found it to be quite expensive. Fortunately, there is a self-service laundromat about a 10-minute walk away. The only downside for our family was that accessing the guest room elevators was a bit inconvenient."
