“Rooms are clean, staff is very nice, location is pretty good can’t say anything on the pool as we didn’t get a chance to use it. ”

“A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.”

“There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! ”

“Overall decent place, it’s next to a gas station on one side and alcohol store on the other property is clean rooms are up to date… stayed for 5 nights had to ask for towels rooms were never cleaned or checked for clean towels etc.. asked for late check out even was willing to pay nope he said th room needed to be cleaned best of all VACANCY sign was lite up the whole time ”

“This property is right by the beach. Also, all the restaurants and chops are within walking distance. It is very cute clean great staff on it is an older property so maybe not as modern. It has been renovated somewhat. We enjoyed our stay at the end and would come back mainly for the location.”

“The outdoor pool is terribly small. Dispensers for shampoo and bath broken, when I asked to refill the bath, I received shampoo, which I did not ask for. They charge for the garage for guests, which is located in the hotel itself... a shame”

“They put me in the room closest to the highway and with an adjoining room. I could barely sleep with the noise of cars zooming up and down the highway and the person next door blaring the TV watching some kind of action movie. The room was small and had a crack under the door to the outside which let in the cold air and the A/C unit blew cold air even thought I set it for HEAT. Continental breakfast was lame.”

“Bed was decent. Road noise was not bad as it’s on a main road. There is no “beach bar” as listed on property details. There was a restaurant next door and across street. Overall thought they charged too much for this type of motel room. Rated it ok. Worked for 1 night. ”

“Jim was great, condo was clean and well equipt. We stayed 2 weeks and would return. We found over 1000 sharks teeth at the local beaches! There are 2 clubs across the cove that play live music until 10 p.m.”
