We loved the large TV in the room, the beds were very comfy, the room was spacious and we were so grateful that the staff wiped off the cars after it snowed. The fire roaring in the common room's fireplace added a festive and cozy atmosphere. But the biggest standout was the front desk staff. They were all incredibly friendly, kind, always smiling, and very efficient...
