“Stay was great after switching my room. Hotel tried to give me a smaller room/bed vs what I booked. The first room had a broken AC, was 80 deg and none of the lights worked. Front desk corrected right away. Been here before so I was surprised at the mishap. New room was normal (great).

“We only stayed for one night, which was suitable for a brief visit. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in our room was out of order, requiring us to visit the lobby for hot water and drinking water. The bathroom was spacious and featured a modern shower. However, the toilet bowl had not been thoroughly cleaned for guests, as we noticed a small, faeces-like stain on the side of the bowl. ”
"very clean and comfortable. staff are warm and pleasant. breakfast is simple but yummy, love the waffle machine. very special to have cold egg in the refrigerator, a special choice.
