“My family loves staying amongst the trees. Budget friendly and very clean. Water pressure is good and beds are comfortable. Restaurant, bar, and ice cream on site. Get the house fries if you are eating breakfast. Bar area has a pool table and shuffle board which kept my family entertained while I enjoyed an ice cold beverage. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again if in the area. ”

“Emerald Bay Ridge is an 8/10 stay for me. A family member had previously stayed here and recommended it. Some of the notable benefits include its proximity to a shopping center, which is convenient for last-minute purchases or forgotten items. The property features two larger cabins with full kitchens and additional space. I stayed in one of the smaller cabins, which can accommodate 4-5 people, featuring one king bed and two full-size bunk beds. The cabin has a small fridge, one restroom, and……

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
