“The river is beautiful. The deck seating is set up in such a way that it is easy to just relax. One of the best features is the awning that gives wonderful shade as you watch canoers go by or just enjoy the view. Another real advantage with the property is how easy it is to get information that you may need. "Can you tell me where there is a pitcher?" Got an answer back right away. And it was right where they said it would be. I hated to leave and hope to be back. I highly recommend this home.”

“I've stayed at quite a few rentals and hotels, and this is my favorite. It's definitely a bit off the grid, which makes it all the more private and charming. The views are breathtaking, and the layout of the house is perfect for a family...but it'd be lovely for a couple's or solo retreat, too! Our visit included three adults and two kids (10 and 12), but I appreciate that there are baby gates, a pack n play, and a high chair for guests with younger children. My kiddos especially loved the air……

“We stayed at the Blue Pearl during a long weekend trip with our family of four and our dog. The house and property are beautiful! We had all the amenities we needed during our stay, and loved the fenced in backyard and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal-walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short 5 minute drive to Luray Caverns. We enjoyed pizza from the Italian restaurant around the corner on our first night. Our family is looking forward to our next……

“Recently stayed 3 nights here with our family of 5 (kids aged 14, 11, 8). Perfect size, great location. We were able to explore Shenandoah and Luray Caverns easily from this location. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean. Reported an issue with the washing machine to management. We weren’t there long enough for it to be resolved while we were there, but they were very receptive to the feedback and I suspect it will be addressed. We used the hot tub, fire pit and grill while we were there……
