“Made several attempts prior to stay to inquire about parking since we had a rental car and didn’t hear back until we arrived which was several hours after check in time. Could use better markings to get to the property. Never mentioned to that you had to get through door 4 to get to 204. Other than that our stay was great. Beautiful home. ”
“Everyone from the staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is a boutique hotel, so it is small and gives that warm feeling of “you matter” unlike some other (larger) chains. Beautiful hotel overall. Close to shops, dining, and even the TREVI fountain! Would definitely stay here again. ”
"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
