Comment passer quatre nuits infernales à Palerme.

Nous sommes très déçus par cet établissement Les points forts Bien situé ,parking en dehors de la ZTL en face de l’appartement Les points faibles Appartement sale (cafards WC encrassé et ménage non effectué) Un mug pour trois et le petit déjeuner fourni avec deux sachets de croissants emballés sous plastique avec le prix de 1,40 euros et surtout immangeables.une brique de lait pour 3 personnes et deux briques de jus de fruits bas de gamme.... Nous avons donc perdu 4 jours de sérénité et de plaisir Un scandale merci hôtels .com avec le 8 sur 10 Cordialement

Mycket liv och rörelse

vi bytte lägenhet när vi kom fram. Den första var ostädad och sliten. Den vi fick istället var modernare och fräsch. Vill man ha nära till stranden så bo inte här men vill man uppleva palermo till fots och ha bra restauranger utanför dörren så är det här ett helt ok ställe.....

tiene todo lo necesario, aunque en la reserva específicaba 4 camas individuales, y eran dos de matrimonio en una sola habitación tambien especificaba que se incluía "desayuno italiano" y no estaba incluido.

je ne conseille pas cet appart hotel

Ceci n'est pas un appart hotel, mais juste un appartement. Pas de ménage de la semaine.... (serviettes non changées, pas de papier toilette...). Pas d'accueil, les clés nous ont été remise par la femme de ménage qui ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais.Cet appartement se trouve dans le centre de Palerme et est bien situé, la chambre est correcte. La salle de bain correcte bien que la cabine de douche fuyait, et que nous nous sommes lavés en compagnie de cafards. Le coin cuisine correct, mais sans équipement, pas d’allumettes pour la cuisinière, pas de casserole.... Le lit est composé de 2 matelas 1 personne, très mou... Nous avons apprécié la climatisation. Pas de balcon comme indiqué dans la description.... Alors que le petit déjeuner était inclus dans la prestation nous avons du insister pour avoir au final des croissants en sachet pour la semaine ainsi qu'un paquet de café ! Ceci est une vrai arnaque !!!!

personnel très accueillant, réactif, à l'écoute. La chambre et les équipements sont basiques voire sommaires pour deux adultes et deux enfants, mais la disponibilité des responsables et la situation en plein centre de Palerme compensent largement le confort standard. Pour exemple, nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude et après contact par SMS, Salvatore a réglé la situation très rapidement. Nous étions à 5 min à pied d'un supermarché, à deux pas de la très commerçante via Roma, tout en étant au calme malgré tout. Une très bonne expérience.

Dirty, stale smelling apartment - grotty area.

The apartment was not the pretty terracotta & white brick one shown on the hotel details. The entrance had a betting shop on one side & a fried food stall on the other with groups of clientele lingering until late. To the rear , just under the windows ,were cooked fish vendors ,still noisy at 2am. When they cleared away tables & banged the pans. The church bells across the square start ringing at 7am. The dirty apartment has an ill equipped & greasy kitchenette , stained pillows & linen & broken furniture - the owner doesn't feel inclined to replace the ring for closing the front door as it keeps being stollen. The wi-fi doesn't work & the owner is impossible to reach by phone. There is no local / apartment info in the apartment & I strongly advise that you book somewhere pleasant to stay.

Large spacious room

Advertised as an apartment, but not really set up for you to be independent Advertised as providing breakfast, but apart from 4 croissants left the first day, that was it Shower flooded, owner advised, refered us to the mop outside on the verandah!!!! .

On n'a pas eu l'appartement prévu( fuite d'eau) Obligés de changer pour le centre de Palerme via Materassai, où il n'y avait pas de parking, nous avons du payer quelqu'un pour surveiller la voiture. Les appartements étaient neufs, mais dans un immeuble aux parties communes délabrées, nous étions au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, nous avons du laisser nos bagages chez nos amis au 1er. Nous avons dormi une nuit dans un appartement, puis 2 nuits dans un autre car le 1er était loué à partir du 2ème jour, il a fallu déménager. Le petit déjeuner s'est résumé à un paquet de café et 5 croissants pour 3 matins. Rien de positif à part le confort des appartements.

Correct, agréable

Un bon séjour. Quelques soucis avec l'eau chaude, rétabli dès le lendemain. Le petit déjeuner est très mini, croissants industriels (infecte) et un paquet de café. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé, wifi, lits trop mou. Bien situé. Un assez bon rapport qualité/prix.

Not so good for the price

Owner was not so friendly and kind and after the question about included breakfast he brought us five croissants and one box of juice (for 3 days). There was a flood in the toilet and bathroom after using it. Very noisy place but close to the coast where some music productions were performed. Overall not so bad but for the price it was inadequate.

No water?

We very much enjoyed our stay in Palermo, a fascinating city with an extraordinary range of architecture, friendly people, great food and nearby beaches, however, our accomodation was not what we expected. Two days before departure we emailed the manager/owner with our expected time of arrival and received a return email with instructions on how to find the apartment. When we arrived we were met at the entrance by the manager/owner who told us that due to a recent adjacent building collapse there was a problem with the water and we would have to stay at another of his apartments nearby in a narrow alley off Via Giovanni Meli. Although we didn't have a chance to see the original apartment we would guess from your website photographs that this alternative was a good deal inferior. It had the feel of student hostel accomodation - very basic matresses, a coffee pot with a broken handle, cracked mugs, very little cooking equipment etc. We were determined that this wouldn't affect our holiday and managed with what was available and would probably not have bothered to write this review if my daughter, an Italian speaker, had not discovered that the 'recent' building collapse had been in February this year. This can be confirmed on Google with the search term 'edificio crollo palermo via savona'. If there really is a problem with water why were we not informed in the return email, also, why is the property still advertised on your website?

Great Location - Nice Amenties - Poor Condition

We booked this apt as the hotel we wanted was booked. However, the apt access, location, and neighborhood provides an interesting slice of Palermo life that you probably would not get at a hotel location. Definitely liked the location - great low cost restaurants with seafood caught that day. The street life is dynamic and changing. Easy access to botanic garden and other Palermo landmarks. The apt is located OVER a business location that operates from 7am to 1am -- in the AM it is a quiet fruit market and street snack shop. In the evening all this closes and it turns into a busy outdoor restaurant with more wiggly fish and shellfish choices than other street spaces we have seen in Palermo. Great ambiance. The apt room (there are 2 or 3 in this building rented by the same person) had a clothes washer to our amazement. However, the shower head did work and to the manager's credit he replaced it with one that did. However, we had one day with no shower water. The kitchen was nice but roaches roamed all night over the cabinets. We mentioned this to the maid and she dismissed it as nonsense. We also rented it because it claimed to have FREE WIFI. When asked, the manager gave us the code, but the WIFI was not working (no IP given out - probably needed a reboot) and he was not responsive about fixing it. That was a bummer as WIFI is harder to find in Palermo than the travel sites suggest. We had just landed from the USA and needed to tell family we were ok & couldn't.

Bei Ankunft wurden wir vom Shuttledienst in einer Seitengasse abgesetzt und sollten auf den Vermieter warten - 30 min mit Gepäck trotz vorherigen Telefonat! Zimmer wurde während der 10 Tage nicht einmal aufgeräumt, bzw. Handtücher oder Bettwäsche getauscht. Das Zimmer befindet sich an einer vollkommen anderen Adresse. Ausstattung dunkel,alt und schmutzig. An Stelle eines Balkons war nur ein kleiner vergitterter Zugang zum Hinterhof. Das Zimmer ist auch tagsüber dunkel, da nur ein kleines Oberlicht mit Milchglas vorhanden ist. Dafür hat man aber Glasbausteine zur Nebenwohnung im Zimmer und wenn dort die Mieter nachts nach Hause kommen, ist es "schön" hell. Wenn man das Badfenster öffnet, schaut man auf die Komplettbaustelle des Innenhofes. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Via Materassai. Auch wenn wir mit italienischen Verhältnissen gerechnet hatten, ist diese Wohnung eine absolute Frechheit und hat nichts mit den Fotos auf der Webseite gemeinsam.

Ce n'est pas un hotel. Il n'y a pas de réception. Nous sommes arrivés à 11h par un temps pluvieux pour déposer nos bagages, on n'a pas voulu nous recevoir sous pretexte qu'il faut arriver à 12h30 et pas avant. Quel accueil !! Pas suffisamment de vaisselle. La casserole et les bols sont dans un état délabré. Impossible de prendre une douche car le conduit est bouché. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hotel.

L'alloggio che ci hanno assegnato non era quello prenotato in via Savona, ma si trovava nel quartiere "Vucciria" penso che questo dica tutto. Nella caratteristice indicate dal Vs sito la struttura doveva avere TV digitale (ma dove??) asciugatrice e asciugacapelli (magari) accesso a internet gratis (ineistente) colazione gratuita (dove???) biancheria per la cucina e ferro da stiro.... niente di tutto cio'. e potrei continuare... Certo l'appartamento era ristrutturato da poco, nel complesso era decente ma non era ciò che avevamo prenotato. la pulizia inesistente, ho un bambino di un anno che non cammina ma gattona dopo 2 minuti che gattonava per terra era letteralmente "nero" e non di abbronzatura. Il quartiere caratteristico si, ma da visitare per 2 minuti,. non vivere in mezzo alle case diroccate e spazzatura ovunque per una settimana.
